1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over who: (a) have a smartphone; (b) internet access; (c) email address; and (d) valid mobile number

2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, including without limitation, advertising agencies, PR, prize suppliers and legal advisors. In these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse members of such employees or of anyone with whom such employees are domiciled.

4. Promotional Period: This promotion opens at 00:00 BST on 28th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 24th August 2026. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion and will be void. 

5. Entrants must retain receipt as proof of purchase.

6. To enter:

a. Purchase any Qualifying Product from any Participating Store. Visit the promotion URL at https://www.liquid-iv.co.uk/pages/tesco-nyc to complete and submit the entry form
b. To complete the entry form, you must provide the following information:
•    First name;
•    Last name; 
•    Email address; and
•    Mobile number

c. Submit your entry by clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button to be in with a chance to win the Prize (details below) via a prize draw at the end of the Promotional Period.

7. The promotion is limited to one entry per person, email address and mobile number during the Promotional Period. 

8. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

9. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and to request proof of identity, age and address. The Promoter may withdraw prize entitlement or disqualify an entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms and Conditions have been breached; (b) the entry process or operation of the Promotion has been tampered with or unfairly manipulated; or (c) the entrant has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct which may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves all legal rights in relation to such conduct.

11. Prizes: There is 1 prize to be won via the Prize Draw of 1x Trip to New York , United States of America ‘USA’ for the winner and one guest (the “Trip”), together with £1,500 spending money (the “Spending Money”). The Prize includes: 

a) 2x return economy flights (from any UK airport flying direct to New York, USA)
•    7-night’s accommodation in a 4-star hotel (1 room, double occupancy and breakfast included) (check-in and check-out dates and times will vary depending on the tickets received).
b) Private transfer (from and to the applicable New York airport only); and
c) £1,500 (one thousand five hundred British Pounds Sterling) to spend during the Trip and on the following only: (i) breakfasts; (ii) lunches; (iii) dinners; (iv) intra-city New York transport; and (v) transfers to and from the applicable UK airport ‘Spending Money’.

The Trip and Spending Money together form the “Prize”.

The Trip and the Spending Money referred to collectively as the “Prize”.

Prize Conditions:

12. Travel dates are set by the Promoter and must take place within 1st June 2026 to 1st May 2027 excluding  any major public holidays, 12th December 2026 – 6th January 2027 and 26th March 2027 – 10th April 2027. The winner will be required to select travel dates that fall within this timeframe. Flights schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.

13. The winner will be required to submit 3 preferred dates of travel with at least 6 weeks’ notice before travel and all dates are strictly subject to availability.

14. NOTICE: The winner and guest of the Prize must each hold a valid passport and have authority to enter the USA. This must be obtained and confirmed before travelling to the USA. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to ensure their availability to travel and that they have a minimum of 6 months validity on their passport from the date of travel, visa or ESTA (if required) and right to travel to the USA.

15. If a visa or ESTA is required for entry into the USA, the Promoter is not responsible for the visa application process, issuance and/or use, which is solely under the control of the government of the USA. Any costs associated with the visa application are borne by the winner and their guest and are not reimbursed by the Promoter.

16. The winner must be at least 18 years old and shall remain at all times responsible for their guest. Guests may be under 18 however must obtain prior written consent from the Guest’s parent or guardian, along with any other documentation, waivers and/or releases reasonably requested by the Promoter and/or Umbrella. This is to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice regarding the Guest traveling without their parent or guardian. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

17. The winner (and their guest) is responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in the USA and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance.  

18. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise their own transport from their home/location to the departure airport in the UK and back from the arrival airport upon their return. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winners and their guest in preparation for, or during the trip, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including but not limited to all other meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money beyond the £1,500 provided, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs are not included.

19. The winner and their guest will be solely responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

20. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements:
a.    The booking cannot be changed (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) without incurring administration or cancellation fees for the travel/hotel/event operator. These fees would be the responsibility of the winner. 
b.    All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time. 
c.    Once booked, the prize cannot be changed or supplemented. 
d.    Obtaining all necessary medical needs (including immunisations) and documentation, applicable to the USA.

21. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter considers it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize of equal value). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. 

22. Prize elements, including air travel provider and hotel, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the flight availability to NYC.  

23. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The winner and their guest must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winners and/or their guest miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner and their guest. A credit card may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.  

24. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.

25. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received within the Promotional Period. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. 

26. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 7 days of the Promotion close date. The winner will be notified via email from the Promoter on the email address provided on the entry form. The winner will have 7 (seven) working days to respond to the win notification with prize acceptance and for prize fulfilment.

27. If the winner does not respond to the initial email notification within 7 (seven) working days, their prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner, selected at the same time as the initial winner, will be contacted. Reserve winners will also have 7 (seven) days to respond.

28. The Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with Umbrella Risk Management Limited (acting on behalf of the promoter), with registered office address Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton Buckinghamshire, HP18 9LS (“Umbrella”) to arrange the necessary travel arrangements and otherwise to fulfil the Trip. Winner will also receive an SMS from [INSERT] within a reasonable time prior to your date of travel which contains a secure link to facilitate payment of the Spending Money to you; (i) you must click this link and submit accurate bank details to receive the Spending Money within thirty (30) days of the date of your submission; and (ii) accuracy is crucial to avoid delays or errors in processing the payment.

29. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them. 

30. The winner’s details (initials of first and last name) may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 6 weeks of the closing date.

General Terms

31. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules. 

32. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.  

33. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html 

34. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

35. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to this, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant or winner arising from or in connection with this Promotion or use of the Prize, except to the extent that such loss, damage or injury is caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

36. The Promoter reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to vary, cancel, suspend or withdraw this Promotion and/or the Prize where it becomes necessary to do so due to  events outside its reasonable control. In such circumstances, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on entrants and, where appropriate, provide an alternative prize of equal value.
